Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and Dataverse
Create business rules and automation logic
Integrate solutions with REST APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Maintain and enhance applications through iterative sprints and CI/CD pipelines
Ensure accessibility, performance, and security compliance
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups
Research and diagnose errors and issues, documenting steps and results

Requirements

4+ years of Dynamics 365 Power Platform experience
Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of additional experience
Proficiency in C#/.NET (Plug-Ins)
Proficiency in JavaScript
Experience with Azure DevOps
Experience with Git
Experience with CI/CD processes
Familiarity with Agile SDLC
Familiarity with user story development
Familiarity with DevOps practices
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination

Preferred

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
Power BI experience
Experience in user-centered design and accessibility (Section 508 and WCAG)
Experience with React
Experience with TypeScript
Experience with PCF Controls
Experience with SharePoint
