Team Member-BIU-CORPORATE BANKING-BIU (Business Intelligence Unit)

As a Team Member in the Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd's Corporate Banking department, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing the bank's operational efficiency and competitiveness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support business operations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through robust data governance practices.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Assist in the design and implementation of BI solutions, leveraging industry-leading tools and technologies.
• Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations to optimize business processes.
• Support the development and maintenance of BI infrastructure and architecture.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence.
• Liaise with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of BI solutions with existing systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI processes and strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and best practices.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
