As a Data Analyst embedded in the CEO Office, you will dive deep into data to uncover insights that guide business-critical decisions. Youll be working cross-functionally, presenting analysis to leadership, and gradually transitioning into a Functional Analyst role to help optimize business performance across departments.

What you'll do

• Partner with the CEO Office on high-impact initiatives, from identifying business challenges to delivering data-driven insights.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor KPIs and strategic goals.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover trends and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Present your findings to senior leadership in a clear, impactful manner both visually and verbally.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to understand operational needs and prepare for a future functional role.
• Participate in cross-functional projects that shape the banks strategic direction.
• Keep your skills sharp by staying updated on the latest in data tools and analytics best practices.

Qualification

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and one or more of: Python, R, Tableau, Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen business sense.
• Excellent communication skills especially in translating data into clear stories for non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
• Bonus: project management skills and a knack for cross-functional teamwork.
