Cloud / DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Cloud / DevOps Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our Engineering Team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, and Linux. You will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation across Dev, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
• Work with EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS, ALB/NLB, Route 53, and CloudWatch.
• Manage Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Docker, and Helm.
• Maintain infrastructure using Terraform.
• Manage networking, security, storage, IAM, monitoring, and logging.

CI/CD & Automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins.
• Support application and infrastructure deployments across Dev, SIT, UAT, and Production.
• Automate infrastructure and operations using Ansible, Packer, and Shell scripting.
• Support Java application deployment using Maven/Gradle.

Monitoring & Support

• Monitor infrastructure, investigate alerts, and troubleshoot issues.
• Support incident recovery and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Optimize infrastructure for availability, performance, and cost.
• Follow SLA, Git workflow, change management, and operational procedures.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work with Development, QA, Security, and Operations teams.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
• Working knowledge of GCP.
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Docker, Helm, and Terraform.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins.
• Strong Linux and Shell scripting skills.
• Experience with Ansible, Packer, and Git.
• Good understanding of networking, cloud security, IAM, monitoring, and logging.
• Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and DevOps practices.
• Java deployment experience with Maven/Gradle is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• AWS, GCP, or Kubernetes certification is preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
