About the job SQA Engineer

Job Context

We are looking for five (5) experienced SQA Engineers to join our project team. The ideal candidates must have strong analytical skills, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to ensure high-quality software delivery through structured testing methodologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing across multiple platforms.
• Conduct unit testing, regression testing, functional testing, and other quality assurance checks.
• Execute API testing, performance testing, and system integration testing.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
• Document defects clearly and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare test reports, process documents, and maintain quality documentation.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, project standards, and process-driven QA delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end quality in software releases.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CSE / EEE / IT or related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Must provide evidence of at least 3 completed SQA/testing projects.
• Experience working in any of the following sectors will be an advantage: - Software companies, Telecom, ISP, Banking, Mobile Financial Services (MFS), Enterprise systems

Technical Skills

Strong experience in

• Manual Testing
• Automated Testing (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.) o API Testing (Postman, JMeter, etc.)
• Performance Testing
• Familiarity with scripting languages (preferred). Hands-on knowledge of test management tools and QA processes. Additional Qualifications
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Professional certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and within a structured QA framework.

Workplace

• Dhaka, Bangladesh

Working Hours

• 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Salary Range

• Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)
