Responsibilities

Execute the AI/ML technical strategy by building scalable, reliable, and production-grade systems
Design, optimize, and deploy scalable AI/ML inference systems
Translate business requirements into enterprise solutions
Enforce 'Report Cards' for AI models by measuring and tracking accuracy, latency, and security relevance

Requirements

2+ years of industry experience in developing AI/ML solutions
Hands-on experience with the modern AI stack
Optimizing LLMs in production environments
Familiarity with vLLM
Familiarity with SGLang
Familiarity with KV Cache optimization
Strong communication skills
Energetic self-starter with a startup spirit
Willingness to wear multiple hats
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
