- Ensure solutions comply with performance, cost, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with customers and partner infrastructure teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and project stakeholders to support end-to-end delivery.
- Prepare infrastructure and operational documentation and lead customer review sessions for sign-off.
- Operational Readiness:
- Implement observability tools and dashboards for real-time monitoring and alerting.
- Design and test disaster recovery (DR) solutions to meet business continuity goals.
- Ensure operational best practices through the delivery of SOPs and infrastructure runbooks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Infra and Technical Architecture, with at least 3 years in cloud-native architecture roles.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or any public cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, security, firewall rules, and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in Docker image creation, Kubernetes cluster management, and Linux OS administration.
- Solid experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
- Expertise in observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
- Experience creating and delivering Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for infrastructure and operations.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal, documentation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Telecom domain experience, particularly in BSS/OSS systems.
- Familiarity with Oracle BRM, PDC, and ECE applications.
- Knowledge of tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and Git.
