Repairing, maintenance, and asset tracking of a variety of IT systems, including desktop computers, laptops, tablet hardware, printers, EPOS terminals, and handheld scanners.
Managing the configuration of Cisco networking equipment, EPOS Till systems, handheld devices, and printers.
Processing of returns and recycling equipment.
Ensuring accurate stock inventory and asset management.
Utilizing Zendesk to manage workload/tickets and responding to phone requests.
Coordinating hardware for store rollouts and acquisitions.
A strong interest in computing.
Ability to work well within a team and independently without direct supervision.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Extensive experience with IT hardware.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT hardware maintenance/ IT support role.
Relevant certifications will be an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
