ERP Administrator

• 2–3 years of experience providing Level 1 user support for ERP projects, including migrations, feature enhancements and general business applications.
• Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms such as Infor ERP LN and SAP Business One is preferred.
• Functional understanding of key business processes, including sales administration, supply chain, production, finance and quality.
• Knowledge of ERP customisation, specific developments, reporting and system administration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recommend effective solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Quick learner with an understanding of manufacturing operations and an aptitude for adopting new technologies.
• Customer-focused, responsive and committed to delivering a positive user-support experience.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
