Role Overview

We are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager (AI & Legal-Tech) to support the rollout of AI systems, workflow automation initiatives, and core platform upgrades. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, AML, Compliance, Legal Operations, Case Workers, and leadership teams across multiple locations to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology and AI-related projects.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and project documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Gather requirements, clarify project scope, and manage project changes.
• Track project risks, blockers, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Report project progress to leadership and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), rollout planning, and training activities.
• Ensure compliance and data integrity throughout all project deployments.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology or product project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with engineering or product teams.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and project execution skills.
