Job Openings Modern Workplace Support Analyst

Act as first point of contact for IT-related issues.
Log, manage, and update tickets in the service desk system.
Provide Level 1 support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Troubleshoot user account, email, login, and access-related issues.
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams following defined processes.
Support user account management in Azure AD (Entra ID).
Assist with password resets, group assignments, and role-based access.
Support basic device enrollment and compliance checks in Intune.
Assist with endpoint policy troubleshooting under guidance.
Monitor basic alerts and escalate when required.

1–3 years in IT support / service desk.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
Familiar with ticketing systems and IT support workflows.
Exposure to: Microsoft Azure (especially Azure AD / Entra ID), Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, compliance, policies – basic level).
Basic understanding of endpoint management concepts.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Hands-on exposure to Azure AD or Intune preferred.
Experience in managed services environment is an advantage.
