Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an AI Developer for a Contract with a client in Blue ash, OH (Remote). The ideal candidate is responsible for developing, enhancing, testing, and supporting AI Agent products while ensuring high-quality delivery, configuration, and technical documentation.

Rate Range

$53/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

AI Developer Job Responsibilities include

• Develop, enhance, and support AI Agent products, including Technical Design, Configuration, and AI Testing-focused agents.
• Refine agent logic, prompts, workflows, and behaviors to improve the accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness of AI-driven solutions.
• Perform testing, smoke testing, peer reviews, and troubleshooting activities to ensure product quality and stability.
• Collaborate with global teams across EMEA, APAC, and AMS regions to support AI-enabled delivery and implementation initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and process documentation for AI products and enhancements.
• Support platform configuration, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts while driving AI-powered delivery and quality practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in software development, AI solutions, testing, or application support.
• Experience developing, testing, and enhancing AI-driven applications or AI Agent solutions, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to ServiceNow, platform configuration, technical design concepts, and collaboration within global, cross-functional teams.

Pay Details

$53.00 to $60.00 per hour
