Our client is a North American agency that supports tech-focused businesses by providing scalable offshore sales and marketing solutions. They help teams generate leads, optimize campaigns, and drive revenue growth without the operational overhead of building large in-house teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Take operational ownership of the executive's Obsidian knowledge vault, including structure, taxonomy, and ongoing maintenance.
• Consolidate large volumes of information from meetings, projects, transcripts, and notes into organized, retrievable formats.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for ongoing knowledge management and information-flow improvements.
• Design and build automation workflows that reduce manual coordination work for the executive.
• Build and refine AI-driven systems using Claude, prompts, and integrated tools to support executive decision-making.
• Continuously evaluate where new automation, tooling, or system redesign can reduce friction or increase throughput.
• Coordinate executive communications across email, calendar, and stakeholder messaging.
• Partner directly with the executive in meetings and async work to ensure context and information are always at hand.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in an engineering role of some type.
• Strong system design, system creation, and taxonomy skills, with demonstrated experience building organizational systems.
• Advanced fluency with Claude and ChatGPT, including advanced techniques such as JSON prompting
• High level of English writing proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• CS degree is highly preferred.
• Prior experience supporting executives in any capacity is nice to have.
• Background in knowledge management or documentation engineering is nice to have.
• Experience with Obsidian or similar markdown-based knowledge tools are nice to have.
• Relevant AI engineering certifications are nice to have.

Employment Structure

• Hybrid in Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time
• Salary: BDT 80,000 - 120,000

• Work Week: Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00pm
