Analyze large-scale educational data to derive actionable insights
Partner with product managers, researchers, engineers, and content developers
Develop, evaluate, and maintain statistical models
Develop, evaluate, and maintain AI-enabled analytical solutions
Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Leverage AI-powered tools for exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and model development

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Python for data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis
Experience in SQL for data analysis
Experience applying foundational statistical methods like regression and hypothesis testing
Experience applying AI solutions to a variety of problem domains
Experience with software development methodology, version control, and testing
Ability to independently research, troubleshoot, and solve open-ended analytical problems

Experience training and evaluating machine learning models using scikit-learn or xGBoost
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face
Experience building or fine-tuning applications using Generative AI or Large Language Models
Experience working with Snowflake
Background in education or educational technology
