Provide software development services for a military application
Participate in systems analysis, design definition, software development, systems test, implementation, and maintenance
Analyze coding problems and develop improvements to procedures and existing software
Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement software code
Cultivate and apply a security-first and test-first approach to test-driven development
Exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in cloud and containerized environments

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Information Technology or 4 years of additional experience
Four (4) or more years of experience in Software Development
Proficiency in Java programming language
Familiarity with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, Apache Camel)
Experience with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with web application frameworks (e.g., Spring MVC, Thymeleaf)
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
Proven expertise to design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement high-quality code

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Information Technology
Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React)
Experience with modern web development tools
Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS or Azure
Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
Knowledge of collaborative development workflows
