Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications, services, and APIs
Build and deploy scalable solutions using Azure cloud services
Develop REST APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask
Work with Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Service, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Data Factory
Integrate applications with external systems, databases, APIs, and cloud services
Develop data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines using Python and Azure services
Implement authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and error handling
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, data engineers, QA teams, and client stakeholders
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and support deployment activities
Follow coding standards, security best practices, and cloud governance guidelines

7+ years of overall IT experience
3+ years of Python development
2+ years of hands-on Azure experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong hands-on experience in Python programming
Experience with REST API development using FastAPI, Flask
Working knowledge of Azure cloud services
Experience with App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, and Key Vault
Good understanding of cloud-native application design and microservices architecture
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Ability to write clean, reusable, well-documented, and testable code
Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as Entra ID, OAuth, JWT, managed identities, and service principals
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-204
