Implement features, fix bugs, and resolve production incidents across iOS and Android
Own mobile initiatives end-to-end from requirements to production
Act as the team's primary technical escalation point for complex mobile problems
Review code and designs for correctness and alignment with mobile patterns
Contribute to and evolve mobile engineering standards within the team
Monitor the operational health of shipped work and respond to post-release issues

8+ years of professional software development experience
3+ years with React Native
Proficiency in React Native and TypeScript
Strong JavaScript fundamentals including asynchronous programming and error handling
Working knowledge of relational and document databases
Understanding of RESTful API design and HTTP fundamentals
Familiarity with native iOS and Android platforms and tooling like Xcode and Android Studio
Understanding of mobile OS fundamentals including app lifecycle and memory constraints
Experience with automated testing practices
Understanding of mobile security and handling of sensitive payment data
Confident use of AI-assisted development tools
Ability to independently diagnose React Native production issues
Experience designing mobile application architecture
Experience designing or integrating native modules and SDKs in Swift or Kotlin
Experience owning the release process including store submission
Experience establishing mobile engineering practice and CI/CD
Experience designing resilient asynchronous and event-driven backend interactions
Experience with mobile production operations and incident response
Demonstrated ability to mentor less experienced engineers
Fluent in Russian and English (B2)
