Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex, cross-cutting features end-to-end
  • Translate high-level product and architectural requirements into engineering plans
  • Serve as a technical point of accountability for critical modules, features, or services
  • Partner closely with Product Manager to co-define workflows and shape technical roadmap
  • Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and adjacent teams on shared components
  • Represent team’s technical perspective in cross-team forums
  • Act as the day-to-day technical lead for a mixed onshore/offshore team
  • Lead design reviews, code reviews, and refinement sessions
  • Mentor engineers at multiple levels
  • Engage in team-level technical discussions on roadmap direction and platform evolution
  • Balance tactical delivery with long-term architectural considerations
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture decisions
  • Proactively identify technical debt
  • Contribute to scalable solutions

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent impact
  • Proven ability to deliver complex features end-to-end in cross-functional teams
  • Strong proficiency in modern full-stack development such as .NET/C#
  • Strong proficiency in REST APIs
  • Strong proficiency in cloud services
  • Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience in system design
  • Demonstrated experience in code quality leadership
  • Demonstrated experience in technical mentorship
  • Clear and concise communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS, multi-tenant platforms, or large distributed systems
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with test automation
  • Familiarity with observability tooling
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or equivalent platforms
  • Track record of driving improvements in engineering processes, standards, or tooling
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
  • Familiarity with the Inspired product model
  • Experience incorporating AI/ML capabilities and AI-assisted development practices
  • Experience with LLM integration
  • Experience with AI-powered tooling
  • Experience with AI coding assistants
