The Cerberus team manages a real-time identity platform that serves as a cornerstone of global operations, handling essential compliance and verification functions across highly regulated jurisdictions. This platform utilises cutting-edge AI technology to deliver robust, scalable solutions that process millions of requests with precision.
This role involves collaborating with engineers in a full-stack environment to deliver reliable facial recognition and identity systems. You will help uphold high-quality standards, building innovative solutions that make a tangible impact. Working in an AI-first environment provides hands-on exposure to next-generation tools and image analysis, accelerating software delivery and elevating code quality.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the company’s hybrid work from home policy.
- Solid understanding of Kafka, SQL, .NET, Golang, and React (or similar technologies).
- Experience developing scalable systems, preferably in a cloud environment (GCP experience is a plus).
- Competence in creating user-focused front-end solutions.
- Experience collaborating with teams to deliver technical projects on time and to specification.
- Understanding of large-scale, highly available systems, including considerations of consistency, reliability, and performance,
- Comfortable participating in on-call rotations and responding to production issues, including contributing to root cause analysis and postmortems.
- Developing highly efficient, robust quality code for scalable enterprise level solutions.
- Supporting and enhancing the existing code base.
- Maintaining clean coding practices.
- Identifying technical areas of improvement.
- Supporting product owners.
- Supporting the testing team during testing phases of projects.
- Contributing to solution proposals.
- Creating work effort estimates as required.
