Job Description Summary

Job Description

Monitor and respond to facility alarms and events through BMS, EPMS, AMS, and other monitoring platforms,

ensuring timely escalation and incident management.

Manage service requests, incidents, and work orders, ensuring accurate logging, tracking, and closure in

accordance with ITIL and service management processes.

Act as the central communication and coordination point for operational issues, maintenance activities, outages,

and major incidents between site teams, vendors, and clients.

Maintain operational records and reporting, including shift logs, incident reports, maintenance schedules, system

performance data, and audit documentation.

Support operational continuity and service excellence by monitoring SLA compliance, coordinating escalations, and

driving adherence to established procedures and service standards.
