Design and guide data architecture for a complex transformation and migration initiative
Analyze highly varied source data across approximately 11 legacy systems
Develop unified or semi-unified data models balancing consistency and maintainability
Make architectural decisions regarding canonical data models and mappings
Write and ship scripts for data migration, transformation, validation, and cleanup
Identify data quality issues and structural gaps across legacy systems
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on data requirements
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level data team members
Establish patterns and best practices for data initiatives

8+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture
Experience designing data architecture and models for complex enterprise environments
Experience working with legacy systems and large-scale data migration
Strong understanding of relational data modeling, schemas, and normalization
Strong SQL skills for data transformation and migration
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience with Git-based development workflows
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
