Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science initiatives. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data mining to solve complex problems and drive innovation. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of data science projects to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
• Design and execute end-to-end data science solutions, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model building, and evaluation.
• Utilize advanced machine learning techniques and algorithms to extract insights and derive actionable recommendations.
• Mentor and coach junior data scientists, providing guidance on technical skills, best practices, and project execution.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Contribute to the development of data science frameworks, methodologies, and tools to enhance productivity and scalability.
• Communicate findings and results to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations, reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT professionals to optimize data pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes.
• Lead research and experimentation to explore new data sources, techniques, and algorithms for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related roles.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex data science projects from conception to completion.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, as well as data manipulation and analysis libraries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovate creatively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
