About the Role

完成监管数据管理、治理工作

Roles and Responsibilities

• 主导监管报送系统的数据架构设计与开发，涵盖数据采集、ETL清洗、转换、校验及报送全生命周期。
• 基于寿险业务场景（如保费收入、赔付率、退保率、代理人绩效等），构建多维度的BI分析模型和数据仓库主题域，确保底层数据与监管报表的一致性。
• 建立并持续优化监管数据质量监控机制（事前标准定义、事中校验拦截、事后纠错复盘），定期开展数据治理专项排查。
• 审核外包人员提交的数据模型设计文档、程序代码，确保符合数据治理规范与监管合规要求；
• 负责监管报送作业的日常运维监控，包括跑批调度管理、异常告警响应、SQL性能调优及灾备演练，保障报送窗口期的系统稳定性。
• 快速响应并解决因基础设施变更（如数据库升级、操作系统补丁、网络策略调整、加密设备更新、监管检核工具迭代等）引发的报送中断或数据异常问题。
• 协调内部IT团队、业务部门及外部监管技术对接方，高效推进监管项目实施，统筹任务排期、进度跟踪与风险管控；

Job Requirements

Experience

• 全日制统招本科及以上学历，知名院校优先。计算机、软件工程、统计学、数学、信息管理等相关专业优先；
• 熟悉保险行业（尤其是寿险/健康险）的业务及监管报送体系，了解 EAST、保单登记等主流监管框架；
• 具备3年以上数据治理、数据仓库或监管报送相关工作经验，有寿险公司或大型金融机构背景者优先；
• 至少主导或深度参与过2个以上大型数据仓库、大数据平台或数据治理项目，具备端到端交付能力；
• 拥有跨部门协作及多团队协同的项目管理经验，能有效推动复杂任务落地。

Skill

• 精通 Oracle、SQL Server、MySQL 等主流关系型数据库，具备扎实的 SQL 编写与性能调优能力，有海量数据处理或大数据平台（如 Hive、Spark）优化经验者优先；
• 熟练使用至少一种主流 ETL 工具（如 Informatica、DataStage、Kettle 或自研调度平台）；
• 熟悉 Linux 操作系统，能熟练编写 Shell/Python 脚本支持自动化运维；
• 精通数据建模方法论（如范式建模、维度建模），熟练使用 PowerDesigner、ERwin 或同类建模工具；
• 掌握元数据管理、数据血缘、数据质量监控等数据治理核心能力；
• 具备报表或监管报告开发经验，熟悉常用 BI 或报告工具（如 FineReport、Tableau、Power BI 等）。
• 有搭建或使用企业内部 AI 代码助手、智能知识库

Other

• 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神及一定的技术领导力；
• 抗压能力强，能在高强度监管合规环境下独立分析、定位并解决复杂问题；
• 对监管政策变化敏感，具备持续学习与快速响应能力。
