Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in business analysis with a strong focus on Salesforce solutions. This is a 6+ months contract role requiring an immediate joiner who can collaborate with stakeholders, analyze business requirements, and drive Salesforce implementations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce solutions.

Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and implementation teams to design effective solutions.

Perform gap analysis, process improvements, and suggest best practices for Salesforce usage.

Create user stories, workflows, and process documentation.

Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities.

Conduct user training and ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Provide insights on Salesforce trends, tools, and enhancements to optimize business operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with Salesforce CRM.

Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and other Salesforce solutions.

Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

Experience working in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in JIRA or similar tools.

Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.

Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or similar) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce is a plus.

Knowledge of data migration, integration, and API usage.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
