Our client, a growing technology company in Austin, TX, is seeking a Lead Technical Full Stack Lead for Web to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following tech stack:

React JS, Micro Services, and experience with Azure. Experience in Blockchain and AI technologies is a plus.

Lead a team of full-stack developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications.
Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and performant web applications using React JS and Micro Services architecture.
Ensure that the team follows best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration and deployment.
Work closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Mentor and coach team members to develop their technical and soft skills.
Ensure that applications are secure, reliable, and scalable, and meet performance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that integrate with third-party systems.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development, and make recommendations on their adoption where appropriate.
Work with Azure technologies to develop, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications.
Explore and evaluate the potential use of blockchain and AI technologies in the development of web applications.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
