Here's who we're looking for

Youre super passionate about code, software development, and tech in general. You get some of your biggest kicks from finding solutions to complex problems. You obsess over finding not just any solution, but the best solution youre capable of, and avoid crappy shortcuts that arent scalable. You take pride in keeping your code clear and modular. At any point in time you can go on vacation knowing another team member can pick up exactly where you left off.

IMPORTANT

Were interested in augmenting both our backend and frontend firepower. Below well describe the requirements for each individual side. You might be a good fit for both sides, or for one of them -- that doesnt matter. You choose whatever you wish to do.

Backend Development

• Solid experience as a PHP, Laravel/NodeJS stack Developer
• Proficient in MySQL/NoSQL databases

Frontend Development

• Solid experience in HTML/CSS/JS and any modern JS framework (Vue, React, Angular, etc)

Other Requirements

• Experience in using Git or Bitbucket
• Time tracking tools such as Clockify etc
• Experience in Project Management tools such as Jira or Trello

Characteristics that qualify you for the role

• You're a dedicated and helpful team player
• Highly motivated and maintain high levels of productivity with limited supervision
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication
• A high degree of independent judgment and complex problem solving
• Willingness to learn new technologies and practices
