• 5+ years of Java development.
• Proficiency in writing good quality core Java Code.
• Must have superb core Java and J2EE skills
• Knowledge of Spring, Hibernate
• Knowledge of relational Database.
• Ideally must know Workflow frameworks (ideally Activiti or jbpm)
• Ideally must know Jboss and Tomcat
• Ideally must know experience using the Agile methodology
• Good understanding of concurrency package.
• Ability to design solutions to problems.
• Complete Project development lifecycle experience
• Strong hands on Junit, Mockito etc.
• Flexibility to work on both small support tasks and larger project deliveries.
• Knowledge of Spring Core and JDBC.
• Hands on experience on Version control tools like SVN, GIT
