We are looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience in product design and a strong background in graphic design to join our creative team. In this role, you will not only focus on designing intuitive and user-centered digital products but also contribute to the visual identity of our brand through various graphic design projects. Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX design projects from concept to execution, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, identify pain points, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions for digital products.
• Design visually compelling UI elements and interfaces with a focus on user experience, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and support throughout the development process.
• Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and optimize designs based on user behavior and performance metrics.
• Design marketing materials, including banners, social media content, infographics, and presentations to enhance brand visibility and messaging.
• Develop visual assets for product promotions, email campaigns, and landing pages that align with both UX goals and brand guidelines.
• Work on graphic design projects, including company branding, product packaging, and print materials, ensuring cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
• Create and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency across all digital and graphic materials.
• Stay updated on UI/UX and graphic design trends to continually elevate the design quality and keep our brand fresh and competitive.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a mix of both product and graphic design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
• Experience with user research and testing methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy in both digital and graphic mediums.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design for digital products.
• Strong understanding of design systems and branding principles.
• Creative problem-solving skills with an ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration skills to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and independently when needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an iterative design environment.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.
