Manage contractor activities throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with the Government to refine project needs and maintain team staffing
Manage project resources, schedules, costs, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
Develop and maintain a Task Order Management Plan
Maintain an integrated project schedule and ensure budget compliance
Develop and maintain a detailed staffing plan
Maintain a project risk register
Provide advance notice to the Government concerning project risks
Prepare and deliver monthly progress reports
Maintain project-management workbooks, cost-variance worksheets, and burn-up charts
Track labor usage by individual and labor category
Coordinate invoice-detail reporting and financial-performance monitoring
Provide regular status briefings and formal presentations to stakeholders
Coordinate with development teams, testing teams, and hosting providers
Ensure project documentation is maintained in approved repositories
Oversee Agile ceremonies and delivery activities
Ensure deliverables meet quality, cybersecurity, and Section 508 requirements
Manage contractor personnel relationships, performance, and onboarding
Lead transition-in and transition-out planning
Serve as the primary management contact for daily operational matters

At least eight years of combined technical and managerial experience in IT projects
Active Project Management Professional certification
Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, quantitative analysis, or related discipline
Experience managing enterprise application-development or modernization projects
Experience managing project schedules, staffing, budgets, risks, and deliverables
Experience coordinating Agile software-development teams
Experience producing executive-level project reports and performance metrics
Experience managing deliverables within a structured software development lifecycle
Ability to work during Eastern Time business hours

Experience managing federal civilian IT projects
Experience supporting the Department of Labor or federal regulatory agencies
Experience with firm-fixed-price task orders
Experience managing modernization of legacy web applications
Familiarity with Angular, TypeScript, Java, .NET, Oracle, Git, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
Experience overseeing DevSecOps and automated testing processes
Knowledge of Section 508, WCAG, and U.S. Web Design System
Experience with earned-value concepts and resource-loaded schedules
Experience managing systems that process sensitive information or PII
Experience supporting NIST-aligned security authorization
