Responsibilities

Lead development of scalable data pipelines and analysis systems
Provide solutions for data processing optimization on cloud platforms
Ensure data quality through all stages of data processing
Inform requirements and specifications by articulating findings
Mentor junior developers and lead small teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
5+ years of in-depth programming experience
Programming expertise using Python, SQL, SAS, R, Stata, or similar
Experience performing data pipelining or analytics using cloud platforms
Experience processing and analyzing health care claims is preferred
Subject-matter knowledge in healthcare data is preferred
Ability to pass a background investigation or security clearance

Preferred

Master’s degree preferred
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and/or Databricks is strongly preferred
Holding an active Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Enterprise User Administration (EUA) ID is desired
