ReactJS Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate ReactJS Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in

building modern, scalable, and highly responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have

strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend architecture, UI development, and

integration with backend services.

The candidate should possess a deep understanding of frontend development best practices,

performance optimization, component-driven architecture, and responsive design principles.

Experience in the POS (Point of Sale) domain will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications using ReactJS.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar

frameworks.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend Developers, QA Engineers, and

DevOps teams.

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Follow frontend development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Contribute to Agile development processes and sprint activities.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend Development

• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with React Hooks, Functional Components, and Component Lifecycle concepts.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or similar

frameworks.

• Experience developing responsive and mobile-friendly applications.

State Management & API Integration

• Experience with Redux, Context API, Zustand, or equivalent state management solutions.
• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of API security and authentication concepts such as JWT and OAuth.

Frontend Architecture

• Experience building modular and reusable component libraries.
• Understanding of frontend design patterns and application architecture.
• Familiarity with Micro Frontend concepts is a plus.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Development Tools

• Experience with Git and modern source control practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with npm, yarn, webpack, Vite, or similar build tools.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.

Cloud & Containerization

Required

Basic understanding of cloud platforms

• Familiarity with Docker and modern application deployment concepts.

Good to Have

• Experience deploying frontend applications in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of CDN, caching, and frontend performance monitoring.

Good-to-Have Skills

Backend Exposure

• Exposure to Golang (Go) backend development.
• Knowledge of .NET / C# applications and API integration.
• Understanding of backend architecture and microservices concepts.

Database Knowledge

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
• Understanding of relational databases and basic query writing.

Additional Skills

• Knowledge of Microservices-based ecosystems.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Experience with monitoring and analytics tools.
• Exposure to POS, Retail, Payments, or E-commerce domains.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or

a related field.
