Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web and mobile web applications
Build and support cloud-based and on-premises solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
Develop and maintain backend APIs and system integrations
Troubleshoot application issues and provide high-quality resolutions
Perform operational support and application maintenance activities
Create tools and automation solutions to improve workflows
Design and execute test plans and automated tests
Implement and support CI/CD pipelines
Ensure compliance with security standards and governance requirements
Drive continuous improvements and user experience enhancements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience developing full-stack web applications
Minimum 3 years of experience designing digital customer experiences
Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and backend technologies
Knowledge of software engineering best practices including coding standards and code reviews
Experience with source control management and build processes
Strong understanding of user experience principles and usability
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
