What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in credit risk, ideally unsecured lending
- Hands-on experience with credit scorecards and bureau data
- Advanced SQL and Python/R for modeling
- Experience with decision engines or flows
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ownership mindset and attention to detail
What You'll Do
- Build, implement, and monitor credit scorecards in live lending decisions
- Analyze performance and recommend improvements to approval rates and bad debt
- Implement scorecards into our decision engine and monitor performance
- Collaborate with Data, AI, and Engineering teams
