[Keppel Internship Programme 2027] Intern, Data Analytics (Jan - May 2027)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

The intern will be responsible in the following

'Support analysis and data modeling to identify opportunities for improving business and investment decision-making

• Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to investments, and asset operations
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical problem statements
• Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Evaluate potential solutions, including their risks, benefits, and impact, using data-driven approaches
• Prepare clear analyses, presentations, and documentation to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Contribute to analytics initiatives, dashboards, or prototypes that enable better decision-making for business users
• Support workshops, user discussions, or training sessions where required
• Assist in documenting processes, analytical frameworks, and data methodologies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Strong interest in data analytics, business analysis, or data science

• Basic understanding of fund management, investments, real assets, or financial concepts is preferred
• Comfortable working with data and analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Python, BI tools)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-moving environment
