Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior React Developer to join our network. In this role, you will take charge of complex projects, mentor junior developers, and work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding solutions. Your expertise in React and front-end technologies will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of sophisticated user interfaces using React.js.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver on project requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring high standards of code quality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and bugs.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in React.js and front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Extensive experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing projects and mentoring team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest) and CI/CD processes.
• Experience leading or managing development teams.
