The Senior AI Engineer will lead the development of production-grade AI systems, including LLM, agentic AI, RAG, scalable API, and AI infrastructure solutions, while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams on AI strategy.

Responsibilities

Building AI-powered products used in real-world healthcare environments

Designing RAG and agentic AI workflows

Developing scalable APIs and AI services

Evaluating and deploying the latest LLM technologies

Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape AI strategy

• HealthTech, MedTech, Life Sciences, or regulated industry experience
• FHIR, HL7 or healthcare data standards
• Startup or scale-up background
