Primary Skills

Business Analysis

Requirement elicitation, stakeholder discussions, BRD/FSD preparation, feature definition, and documentation.

Airline Domain Expertise

Strong understanding of airline business processes, customer journeys, fare/ancillary flows, and industry standards.

Research & Analysis

Ability to identify new features, analyse business needs, write clear feature descriptions, and define acceptance criteria.

Mobile App Product Development

Experience working with mobile app projects (Flutter, iOS, and Android).

Backend API Integration

Familiarity with REST and SOAP services; ability to interpret API specs, map request/response fields, and define API‑driven requirements.

Secondary Skills (Preferred / Good‑to‑Have)

Agile Delivery

Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, user story writing, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition.

Product Orientation

Ability to collaborate with product managers, UX teams, and engineering to shape features and refine requirements.

Basic Technical Understanding

Ability to understand API payloads, logs, and integration flows at a functional level.
