Design, build and maintain solutions — web apps, dashboards, reports, automations, data products
Use AI-assisted development tools as primary build method, applying judgment to requirements and quality
Own solutions end to end: problem discovery, requirements, prioritization, user testing, release, iteration
Partner with operational stakeholders to ensure shipped solutions solve real problems
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting using Power BI and modern web-based visualization
Query, analyze, and model data across the enterprise data platform
Identify manual, repetitive or error-prone workflows and eliminate them through automation
Apply continuous improvement discipline: measure current state, change it, prove the change
Work closely with operations, clinical, IT, and leadership to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Handle data responsibly in a HIPAA-regulated environment, maintaining accuracy, integrity and security
Document solutions so they can be understood, supported and audited

3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, product management, or process improvement
Product mindset — translate business problems into requirements, iterate with users, own outcomes
Comfort working with data — experience with SQL, Excel, or Power BI
Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development tools and appetite to use them daily
Track record of quickly mastering new tools and technologies
Strong communication skills, translating between technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience
