Build internal tools that scale Support
Design and ship AI drafting tools, autonomous reply systems, workflow automation, and reporting dashboards
Own projects end to end from identifying pain points to implementation
Build self-service migration scripts and diagnostic tools for customers
Improve systems with better abstractions and integrations
Experiment with and ship new approaches to improve processes

3+ years of Software Engineering experience
Write clean, production-quality code
Degree or rigorous experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Fluent in Python, Rust, Go, or Typescript/Javascript
Built information retrieval systems using semantic search / RAG
Understand how to reason through systems and approach problems
Use AI tools like Claude, Codex, or Pi effectively
Understand and debug AI-generated code
Clear, async communication skills
Write well-documented technical specs and PRs
Thrive in a fully remote, async-first environment
Comfortable with autonomy, scoping work, and managing priorities
Pragmatic and have a strong bias toward action
Located in US time zones (ET, CT, MT, or PT)
