Senior AI Solutions Architect (Industrial Systems)

1.AI Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead the design of end-to-end, scalable AI architectures supporting industrial and manufacturing use cases.
• Translate complex business and operational requirements into robust AI, data, and system architecture solutions ready for large-scale deployment.
• Define architecture blueprints covering data pipelines, model lifecycle management, deployment frameworks, and IT/OT system integration.
• Ensure full alignment with enterprise IT standards, cybersecurity policies, and industrial constraints. 2. Industrial AI Integration & Deployment
• Drive the integration of AI solutions into production environments, including PLCs, MES, and SCADA systems.
• Ensure interoperability with heterogeneous and legacy industrial systems using standard protocols.
• Deliver production-grade AI systems meeting strict requirements on reliability, latency, uptime, and safety.
• Lead the industrialization and scaling of AI solutions across plants and production lines. 3. Technical Leadership & Governance

Provide technical leadership across the entire AI lifecycle

architecture, development, deployment, and continuous optimization.

• Establish and enforce best practices in AI engineering, model governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Mentor cross-functional teams (AI engineers, IT/OT, production teams) to build sustainable internal capabilities. 4. Standardization & Operational Excellence
• Develop reusable architecture patterns, frameworks, and deployment templates to standardize AI rollout.
• Drive continuous improvement of AI system scalability, maintainability, and long-term performance.
• Promote operational excellence through structured methodologies and industrial best practices. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Interface Management
• Act as the primary technical interface between Business Units, IT, OT, and external partners.
• Collaborate closely with production and operational stakeholders to ensure business value realization.
• Coordinate with system integrators and technology partners when required.
