Responsibilities

Design and solve real-world software engineering and algorithmic problems to test AI reasoning
Write clear, step-by-step coding solutions across data structures, APIs, debugging, and optimization techniques
Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to software design principles
Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of code generation, problem-solving, and development workflows

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Software Developer, Engineer, or Programmer
Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or Go
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to document and explain code logic clearly

Preferred

Familiarity with Git
Familiarity with REST APIs
