Offensive Security Engineer\Lead

Role Overview

Help us build the future of security by leading our offensive security program. You'll proactively identify and neutralize threats through advanced Red Team campaigns and vulnerability research.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in offensive security, with 2+ leading a Red Team
• Mastery of MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain
• Proficient with offensive tools (Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite)
• Deep familiarity with cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Go) for custom exploits
• Advanced certs like OSCE, OSEP, or CRTO preferred

What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise-wide penetration testing and adversary simulation
• Emulate real-world threats and map techniques to MITRE ATT&CK
• Collaborate with Blue Team for Purple Teaming exercises
• Report actionable, risk-prioritized remediation findings
