$75.00 - $84.00per hr.

Our client needs a Senior Software Engineer to join the Frontier AI remediation initiative to help address and eliminate critical vulnerabilities and outstanding technical issues across a portfolio of existing applications. This is primarily a C#/.NET and SQL environment, with applications using technologies including MVC, JavaScript, Angular, and APIs. The role is focused heavily on remediation of existing applications, rather than developing significant new functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Remediate vulnerabilities and technical issues across existing applications.

Develop, troubleshoot, and modify applications using C# and .NET.

Work with both .NET Framework and .NET Core.

Work with SQL-backed applications and perform database queries/updates.

Support applications using MVC and JavaScript.

Work with Angular/AngularJS applications.

Build and modify APIs as needed.

Assist with application migrations and remediation activities.

Collaborate with other engineers and technical teams across the Frontier AI initiative.

Troubleshoot existing codebases and resolve security findings.

Support CI/CD and deployment processes as applicable.

Required Skills

Seven (7) years of experience

Strong C# / .NET development experience.

Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.

Strong application development and troubleshooting skills.

Working knowledge of SQL/SQL Server.

Experience working with existing enterprise applications.

Thorough understanding of software structures, hardware, computing systems and how to integrate them.

Node.js (one of the current applications is partially rewritten from Node.js to .NET Core.

CI/CD pipeline experience

Harness or similar CI/CD technology

Experience with application vulnerability remediation

Banking/financial services experience is a bonus
