Responsibilities

Develop software solutions based on customer requirements
Complete assigned projects and tasks
Write and unit test code
Participate in peer code reviews
Create basic technical documentation
Estimate and deliver individual tasks within projects
Troubleshoot basic issues and offer input on resolution
Develop, validate and implement software solutions

Requirements

Experience with C#
Experience with REST/Web API
Experience with Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with SDLC
Familiarity with unit testing
Familiarity with secure coding
Familiarity with collaboration in remote teams
Ability to work Eastern Time business hours
Fundamental knowledge of application development cycle
Follow established coding and unit testing standards
Submit code for review
Deliver quality, unit test code
Be highly available and responsive on chat during Eastern time work hours
Be on time for meetings
Use camera when asked
Works in collaboration with team
Offers feedback where appropriate
Ability to adjust and be flexible to change
Fundamental knowledge and ability to learn secure coding processes
Writing, accessing, and following established security protocols
Follow established design patterns
Awareness of back-end design and user experience standards
Responsible for individual components of design
Ability to resolve basic issues
Responsible for less complex components of integration within a module
Has ownership in success of projects
Responsible for estimating and delivering on individual task within project
Demonstrate appropriate, clear, concise, and effective written and oral communications
Responsible for continuous self-study, trainings, partnering with more senior members of team
Seek out opportunities to broaden scope to stay up to date with industry and organizational trends
Seeks feedback from senior team members for development
Effectively incorporates feedback into work and behaviors
Experience with complex development environments
Experience taking abstract concepts and ideas and formulating a detailed software deliverable
Experience in developing on cross-functional systems
Deep knowledge of programming
Basic understanding of the SDLC
Highly driven and self-motivated to exceed expectations
Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
Proficient in both oral and written communication

SAFe certification or training
