Job Description
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership while mentoring and guiding development teams.
- Drive modern software engineering practices, DevOps, cloud-native development, and AI-assisted development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, and modern software engineering practices.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, estimation, and technology decisions.
- Ensure applications follow coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI-assisted development tools.
- Support continuous improvement and innovation across development processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong experience with:
- .NET Framework
- .NET Core / .NET
- ASP.NET MVC
- ASP.NET
- Web API
- Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale web applications and services.
- Strong database experience with SQL Server and/or Sybase.
- Experience with MongoDB, Elasticsearch/Kibana, and Redis.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and build/release automation.
- Strong knowledge of Git and modern source control practices.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- Claude Code
- Windsurf
- Familiarity with Specification-Driven Development (Spec-Driven Development).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Agent Framework and Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerized application deployments.
- Healthcare or enterprise application development experience preferred.
