Lead small-scale operational analytics projects, ensuring data accuracy and process improvements. Mentor junior analysts in data collection and analysis techniques.

Professionals in this group are expected to create new algorithms from scratch. They work with large data sets and relational databases and have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues, identify causes, and recommend solutions quickly. They focus on the development of Advanced Analytics models to optimize underlying business problems. Need to posses technical skills(SQL, python, reporting tools) and US Healthcare knowledge is an added advantage.

Perform analysis to understand patterns within the data and to test, develop hypotheses about the business problem using the data

Decide on relevant variables to consider in the modelling phase

Lead operational analytics initiatives. Provide insights on operational efficiency improvements. Mentor junior analysts.

Bachelor�s degree in Business, Operations, Data Science, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in operational analytics or business analytics.
