• Ensure the product team is delivering the most value
• Take all needful inputs and prioritize the work
• Managing backlogs, keeping them up-to-date, and priority order
• Responsible for backlog that developer is building, and why they are building it
• Know everything in backlogs
• Representing business
• Balance the needs of other stakeholders in the organization
• Stakeholder management and communication - include users, customers, governance, and organizational leadership
• Release management - delivery can be frequent throughout the sprint allowing the sprint review to review real customer usage and feedback - know when things can and should be released
• Be part of the Agile/Scrum delivery team

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in product management, application management, or application
• development.
• Must have technical skills, and can read API specs and basic database queries.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation
• Good command of spoken and written English
