Responsibilities
- Lead technical elaboration and design sessions
- Evaluate and apply emerging AI capabilities
- Collaborate with scrum team members
- Provide constructive feedback during code reviews
- Mentor senior software developers
- Design services with Enterprise Architects
Requirements
- 12+ years full-stack software development experience
- SaaS or micro service-based system experience
- Expert knowledge of .NET, C#, SQL, React and Node
- Expert knowledge of AWS services
- Familiarity with authentication and access management concepts
- Expert in software design principles and architectural patterns
- Expert in SOLID/DRY design
- Expert in Object-oriented design patterns
- Expert in N-Tier architecture
- Expert in concurrency (threading and synchronization)
- Expert in relational database design
Preferred
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment
- Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies
