Conduct exploratory data analysis and wrangle data using R
Develop visually impactful interactive dashboards using Posit, Tableau, or Grafana
Translate analytical findings into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders
Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership teams
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define dashboard requirements
Ensure accuracy of visualizations through rigorous testing
Document data methodologies and create user guides for interactive reports
Leverage Qualtrics for survey design and integrate data with other datasets
Design and implement data ingestion pipelines to collect and consolidate data from multiple sources
Clean and preprocess raw datasets by handling missing values, removing duplicates, and resolving inconsistencies
Apply transformation techniques to normalize, aggregate, and reshape data
Build, maintain, and iterate on Grafana dashboards
Configure data source connections and write performant queries
Monitor pipeline health and dashboard performance, troubleshooting data quality or latency issues

Excellent R programming skills
Expertise in data visualization platforms like R Shiny, Tableau, or Qualtrics
Conducts exploratory data analysis and wrangles data using R
