Our Automation and Advanced Analytics Centre of Excellence is looking for an Individual who can perform a hybrid role of Data Visualisation Developer. Someone who has strong data analysis experience and can deliver a range of outputs including (but not limited to) the items listed below, using a pre-determined and approved toolkit.
The Project:
The Centre of Excellence is running a project that aims to create a global standard for retrieving, storing, calculating, and reporting the inventory information of the company.

Minimum 5+ years' of experience in a similar developer role.
Applicant must have some data analysis or Business Intelligence experience.
Intermediate to advanced experience of at least two other languages/techniques from DAX/M-Query, C-Sharp, .NET, Javascript, SQL, Python or R.
Experience with data science tools, particularly Alteryx
Minimum 3+ years data visualisation experience using MS Power BI or Tableau.
Minimum 3+ years of interfacing with business units to understand business requirements and design solutions around them.

We are looking for a developer that is highly curious; interested in wider business needs; willing to learn new skills and technologies; and happy to get involved in the wider aspects of the project (not just straight technical development).
They need to be comfortable working in a relatively small team; working with overseas businesses and in a high-paced environment.

Data Visualisation and Data Analysis
Develop intuitive and attractive static and interactive data visualisations using primarily Microsoft Power BI platform
Create dashboard and reports as needed using other platforms and tools as needed by the project
Work with the Automation & Analytics Director and other stakeholders to deliver on opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in the data sets
Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
